Style Exchange approach Lifted Logic with a very specific request–they needed a flyer design in Overland Park for their upcoming event. They came to us knowing we could get the flyer design they needed, completed in a quick and efficient manner, with a high-quality design they would be happy with. First, we sat down with their team and brainstormed some ideas for the flyer design. After some back and forth about the event, they decided they wanted the flyer design to have a “hip” feel to attract the right kinds of attendees to the event.

We started with a base of a photo collage of “hipster” lifestyle images so we could truly illustrate the alternative styles that they preferred to promote. In this case, fonts become very important when placed over such a busy fundraiser flyer design. We opted to use a hand-drawn looking font that would contrast well with the busier background, and ensured the stroke, or outline of the text, was clear and crisp. This made the message pop off the page in a bright and fun way to highlight the nature of the fundraising event.
