DESCRIPTION:

A Project Manager assists in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to companies and organizations. They coordinate projects, schedules, staff, and track the progress of projects and report their results.  You are responsible for answering any and all questions about the client’s website, its functionality, SEO, or Adwords best practices. Projects may include informational websites, websites with complex functionality, e-commerce websites, web applications, and marketing.

Job RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  2. Lead the planning and implementation of projects
  3. Defining a project’s scope and goals
  4. Planning and scheduling project timelines and deadlines
  5. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  6. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  7. Writing proposals and putting together contracts for new clients
  8. Resource planning and allocation
  9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  10. Managing project administration, including all documentation
  11. Report regularly to senior management
  12. Tracking project performance
  13. Project evaluations and results measurement
  14. Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Able to lead project teams of various sizes and see projects through to completion
  2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. High attention to detail and process oriented 
  5. Critical thinking and problem solving
  6. Able to complete projects in a timely manner
  7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  8. Both:
    1. Degree in English, Communication, Business, or other related field; and,
    2. 3 or more years of professional work experience in Project Management
  9. Willingness to collaborate with all departments 
  10. Strong understanding of project management styles (Agile, Traditional, Waterfall, Adaptive)
  11. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  12. Knowledge of technical & content-related SEO practices a plus
  13. Knowledge of business administration or sales a plus
  14. Awareness of UX or development principles a plus

Please note- Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
