About the Role

Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager owns the strategic success and day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of ongoing marketing accounts. You are the client’s primary point of contact and trusted advisor, the person they call when they need direction, reassurance, or a plan.

You’ll manage client relationships across Lifted Logic’s core services: custom website design and development, SEO, content marketing, PPC, photo and video, and hosting. You don’t need to be an expert in every discipline, but you need to be fluent enough to lead conversations about performance, strategy, and ROI with confidence.

This is a client-ownership role. You lead meetings independently, present strategic recommendations, and are accountable for retention and growth across your accounts. You collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters, and leadership internally — but externally, you are the face of Lifted Logic to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship and strategic direction for a portfolio of active client accounts
  • Lead recurring client calls and presentations independently, setting agendas, presenting performance insights, and recommending next steps
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and communicate the value of additional services
  • Serve as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time
  • Translate client business goals into actionable project requirements for creative, development, and marketing teams
  • Monitor account health, flag risks early, and protect client retention
  • Develop proposals and scopes of work for ongoing and expanding engagements
  • Report on account performance and pipeline to senior leadership

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or client success at a digital, marketing, or creative agency: this is a hard requirement
  • Proven track record of independently managing and retaining client relationships
  • Comfortable leading meetings with business owners, marketing directors, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts: SEO, PPC, content strategy, analytics, and web development
  • Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain complex work in simple terms
  • Process-driven with high attention to detail across multiple concurrent accounts
  • Experience with project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, Monday, or similar)

Preferred

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with WordPress-based web projects
  • Background in selling or upselling agency services

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work schedule and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
