Lifted Logic is proud to announce that we are now Certified Green Partners of Johnson County!
The first week of February, Johnson County announced that Lifted Logic is one of the first seven certified green partners. We leapt at the opportunity to learn and integrate environmentally friendly business practices.
Certified Green Partners
According to JoCo Gov. the certified green partners is, “a voluntary and non-regulatory program that provides free education and technical assistance on a variety of environmental issues to businesses, schools, and places of worship in Johnson County. The primary goals of this program are to increase recycling, improve energy efficiency, and decrease waste, and ultimately save your organization money and resources.”
We were able to participate in a waste walkthrough with experts in the field to learn how to recycle, improve efficiency, and save money! With our new found knowledge on the environment, we implemented our eco-friendly education into the inner workings of our business.
Lifted Logic is now environmentally friendly!
At Lifted Logic, we take every measure possible to be kind to the environment around us. With this in mind, we have reduced waste in our breakroom. Our company vehicle is electric and now we are proud owners of a KCP&L electrical charging station! In addition, we are taking the steps necessary to install hand dryers in our restrooms to reduce the amount of paper towel waste.
