About the Role

Position Summary

The Client Coordinator owns the management and follow up for all incoming leads, client inquiries, and is responsible for providing exceptional client communication and building customer relationships. They will be responsible for articulating the company’s value proposition and what sets us apart as a custom web design and digital marketing agency, answer questions regarding project process, timeline, and ask questions to determine size of the opportunity and estimated budget.

Outside of lead management, this position will also be responsible for offering basic real-time technical support, scheduling meetings, acting as liaison for incoming phone calls, and occasional attendance at community networking events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Job Functions

  • Answering all inbound calls; ensuring backup for calls is in place when not available. Ability to answer any questions asked during inbound calls or calling/emailing a client back if an answer is not known during a call.
  • Clear and concise communication of Lifted Logic’s core values and product/service offerings.
  • Professional and timely follow-up on inbound sales leads according to department policies. Including all referrals, leads generated from corporate speaking engagements and contacts collected at networking events.
  • Manage data within CRM system – tracking leads, contacts, target companies, potential projects, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings with clients on appropriate coworkers’ calendars including direct management of CEO’s client-facing calendar.
  • Assisting with client-facing proposal creation and distribution through WordPress.
  • Routing all sales contract drafts into online e-signature platform, sending to clients, notifying appropriate coworkers and bookkeeping department upon receipt of executed contract.

Support Job Functions

  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to identify client needs, determine scope of opportunity and offer realtime support to clients that call with questions or problems.
  • Problem solving and filtering client requests across departments in real-time.
  • Editing websites for clients and being able to train clients on how to perform edits to their website.
  • Support with collection and distribution of client communication for seminars and events.

Position Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone
  • Expert knowledge of writing mechanics, including grammar, syntax, voice, and tone

  • General awareness of UX or development principles

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
