About the Role

Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of multiple client accounts. Working alongside Senior Account Managers, you’ll ensure seamless project delivery by managing client communication, coordinating internal teams, and overseeing deliverable quality. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep numerous projects moving forward simultaneously.

The Account Manager serves as the operational backbone of our client services team, translating strategic direction into executed work. You’ll manage client communication, assign tasks to cross-functional team members, coordinate project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards. While Senior Account Managers own strategic client relationships, Account Managers ensure everything gets delivered on time and to specification.

This position offers a clear growth path for professionals seeking to develop their account management skills in a collaborative agency environment, with direct mentorship from senior team members and exposure to diverse digital marketing projects.
