About the Role
Position Summary
An account manager facilitates the success of the ongoing marketing accounts of individual clients. Account managers are the main point of contact for the client and act as a liaison between the client and internal individuals such as copywriters, designers, developers, and leadership.
An ongoing account manager ensures all marketing deliverables are effective, up to the Lifted Logic standard, and deployed within the predetermined timelines of the contract.
Being an advocate and partner for their clients, account managers use Lifted Logic resources to help their clients grow—both where they think they need to, and where they might not know they need to—by providing resources, education, and leadership in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Writes proposals and contracts for ongoing client engagements
- Acts as main point of contact for marketing clients
- Sets foundation for client success in the digital space
- Meet with clients to take detailed meeting notes and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Acts as thought leader, marketing consultant, and resource for clients and their teams
- Managing project administration, including all documentation
- Report regularly to senior management
- Tracking project performance
- Project evaluations and results measurement
- Manages internal projects and tasks for all assigned accounts
- Completes miscellaneous client site maintenance
Position Requirements
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and process oriented
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- A high command of business best practices
- Either: Degree in English, Communication, Business, or other related field; and, 3 or more years of professional work experience in Project Management or Business Development
Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
