Hello friends
of Lifted Logic!
What a busy month it’s been!
We apologize as it’s been a little while since our last newsletter! We are planning on starting up our bi-weekly newsletters again so hopefully you’ll be hearing from us more often!
Lifted Logic has had a busy past month. First, we were lucky enough to be able to attend the Consumer Electronics Show, or CES, in Las Vegas. This is the biggest show in the world for electronics and technology. While there, we took the opportunity to check out what will be coming to market soon so we can stay ahead of technology.
We are also happy to announce that we hired a full-time graphic designer, Sarah Swearingin, who had previously interned with us, and she is rockin’ it! Sarah interned with us last fall as she was finishing her design degree at Missouri State University with an emphasis in graphic design and illustration. What makes Sarah different from many other graphic designers we’ve known in the past is that she is a true artist. Anyone can create and modify images on the computer, but not everyone can create art by hand. Sarah’s favorite way of designing is to start with a hand-drawn design using pen & ink, importing into Photoshop, and using technology to alter her art and take it to a new level.
Sarah has already helped us redevelop our sales material, has added hand-drawn images of each of our faces to our business cards, and has created new artwork featured on our new website, liftedlogic.com. That’s the other thing that’s kept us busy this past month – launching our new site! Check it out!
Sarah has also created some fantastic design for customers such as posters, postcards, and style flip-books for the Her Majesty’s Closet spring fashion show, new shelf talkers/promotional postcards and label design for Midnight Espresso Liqueur, logo design for Evolve Personal Paleo chef, and website photograph slider design for Animal Emergency and Referral Hospital.
Please let us know if Sarah’s design services can be of a benefit to your company… while you’re at it, check out our new website and let us know if we can help you grow your business sustainably!
