Voting Period Ends
The winner will be notified by email after voting period ends and must meet with Lifted Logic within 30 days to specify project deliverables. If this meeting doesn’t occur, the prize will go to the runner-up. The winner will be announced once the project details are finalized.
The $60,000 giveaway will be provided as an in-kind donation in the form of a finalized and functional web product, such as a website, webstore, or web application.
Website value is calculated based on Lifted Logic’s nonprofit rate of $150/hour.
Any remaining “balance” of giveaway value after product has been completed and launched will be forfeited.
Donation amount of $60,000 is in-kind only and has no cash value (may not be”traded” or redeemed for monetary donation).
Must have valid 501(c)(3) Status
Headquarters located within 50-mile radius of Kansas City Metro Area
Entry/Entrant will be not be considered should he, she, or they promote pornographic, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content or messaging.
Recipient may not be a current or former client of Lifted Logic. Recipient cannot be a relative of any member of the Lifted Logic staff.
Nominees that are not chosen to advance in the contest will not be directly notified.
Certain Restrictions Apply
No purchase necessary to enter or nominate. Nomination period runs October 1st, 2025 9:00AM CST through October 15th at 11:59PM CST.
Of all nominees submitted, the Lifted Logic team will select and announce 5 candidates to advance to the Final Round.
Only one vote per individual person throughout the course of the contest will be accepted.
Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on crowd-sourced votes (from the KC community and beyond). Only one vote per individual person throughout the course of the contest will be accepted.
Odds of being selected as a finalist will depend on number of entries and Lifted Logic staff input. Odds of winning Grand Prize will be contingent upon and solely determined by a final vote count (facilitated, monitored, and tracked through the Lifted Logic website).
In the event of a tie, the highest voted participants will each choose a representative to square off in a sudden death Mario Kart tournament. Just kidding! Any tiebreaks will be resolved by owner Adam Fichman.

If the winning organization’s decision maker cannot meet within 30 days, prize will be rescinded and offered to the finalist with the second-most number of votes. Should Lifted Logic experience any catastrophic events at any time during the nomination or voting period, giveaway will be subject to closing or being put on “pause.” Should we anticipate any catastrophic event occurring, we will notify all participants in advance and make a public announcement.

Website will be written, designed, and built completely custom to the exact needs of the organization. Organization may choose to provide additional funding for project if necessary but no monetary commitment is required at any time throughout the course of the project. Deliverables may vary and will be specified at the start of the project. Finalized web product will display the text “Web Design & SEO by Lifted Logic” in the footer. This text will be hyperlinked to the Lifted Logic homepage at (https://liftedlogic.com/).
