Full eligibility requirements for non-profits
Entrant must have up-to-date 501(c)(3) status AND operate headquarters within 50 miles of the Kansas City metro area to be eligible. Entry/Entrant will be not be considered should he, she, or they promote pornographic, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content or messaging.
Recipient may not be a current or former client of Lifted Logic. Recipient cannot be a relative of any member of the Lifted Logic staff.
Nominees that are not chosen to advance in the contest will not be directly notified.

No purchase necessary to enter or nominate. Nomination period runs September 9th, 2024 9:00AM CDT through September 30th, 2024 at 11:59PM CDT.
Of all nominees submitted, the Lifted Logic team will select and announce 5 candidates to advance to the Final Round.
Voting period runs October 14th, 2024 12:00AM CDT through October 31st, 2024 at 11:59PM CDT.
Only one vote per individual person throughout the course of the contest will be accepted.
Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on crowd-sourced votes (from the KC community and beyond). Only one vote per individual person throughout the course of the contest (October 14th, 2024 12:00AM CDT through October 31st, 2024) will be accepted.
Odds of being selected as a finalist will depend on number of entries and Lifted Logic staff input. Odds of winning Grand Prize will be contingent upon and solely determined by a final vote count (facilitated, monitored, and tracked through the Lifted Logic website).
In the event of a tie, the highest voted participants will each choose a representative to square off in a sudden death Mario Kart tournament. Just kidding! Any tiebreaks will be resolved by owner Adam Fichman.
Winner will be notified by email on November 4, 2024. Winner will have 30 days to meet (in-person or via phone call) with Lifted Logic to specify deliverables for project. If the winning organization’s decision maker cannot meet within 30 days, prize will be rescinded and offered to the finalist with the second-most number of votes. Winner will not be publicly announced until such time that the exact donation/project is finalized.
Privacy Policy
Entrant/Nominee contact information will remain confidential and will not be sold or exploited. Web traffic on Lifted Logic site will be monitored and user activity recorded through the use of online cookies. We do not sell or farm any user data or demographics and use this information for internal use only.
Limitation of Liability
Should Lifted Logic experience any catastrophic events at any time during the nomination or voting period, giveaway will be subject to closing or being put on “pause.” Should we anticipate any catastrophic event occurring, we will notify all participants in advance and make a public announcement.
