About the Role

Position Summary

Lifted Logic is seeking an Inbound Sales Account Executive to play a vital role in the success and growth of the company by closing new business sales. To be successful, this individual will leverage consultative selling techniques and natural curiosity to gather information from sales-ready leads. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with potential customers who have found Lifted Logic online, through company-related speaking engagements, or other marketing efforts. They will showcase their passion for helping our customers grow their business by building strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate should be motivated to consistently exceed revenue expectations and embrace a work hard, play hard mentality while being an open and active participant in a laid back and collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline of new and existing inbound clients
  • Conduct sales consultations with new and existing clients in-person and via Zoom
  • Deliver strategic sales recommendations that solve current and future problems using the products and services offered by Lifted Logic
  • Clear communication of Lifted Logic’s core values and product/service offerings
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify client needs and determine scope of work needed to deliver on evolving business goals
  • Ability to take complex concepts and explain to others in layman’s terms
  • Ongoing internal communication with Project Management team
  • Ongoing communication with new and existing clients
  • Idea generation and big picture thinking
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Past experience cross-selling and up-selling through a consultative approach
  • Ability to make outbound follow-up calls to assist potential clients throughout the buying process
  • Self-motivated
  • Inquisitive nature and ability to consult clients in person and over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of writing mechanics, including grammar, syntax, voice, and tone
  • High attention to detail
  • Process oriented
  • Critical thinking
  • Willingness to collaborate with all departments
  • Knowledge of general business administration and sales
  • General awareness of UX or development principles
  • Desire to learn and grow in the web development, marketing, technology and business consulting industry

Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
